Brighton Shield

We won the annual Brighton Shield matchplay competition against the Brighton Golf Club on 24 September 2025.

We retained the Shield for another year winning 8-6. Congratulations to all our players!

Championships 2025

The Club Championships concluded on 18 September.

Special congratulations to the new Club Champion:  Venora Smith

Congratulations to our grade Winners:  Venora (A), Rosie McLean (B) and Jacqueline Johnston (C)

The Club Championships were played over the first three weeks of September. 

Christmas in July

We had our Christmas in July celebration on the 24th. It was a fun day with approximately 50 people attending to either play a team game or to join us for lunch. A big thank you goes to our sponsor, Kieser Brighton, for providing the lunch and prizes. 

Charity Day

Our Charity Day on 15 May 2025 was a great success raising more than $2400 for Ovarian Cancer Australia.

Approximately 50 people took part in the day or made a donation.  Most players dressed in teal/white – the colours of Ovarian Cancer Australia.

We thank our wonderful sponsors, OnetoAnother, who generously donated $1000 towards the total as well as prize packs.  Thanks also go to the House of Golf Mentone for donating gift vouchers for the winners and Brighton Golf Course Golf Pro, Luke O’Sullivan, for his donation of a group lesson as a prize.
